I was a "nice boy". The smart kid, the guy every girl thought was a "good friend". I mostly stayed inside playing with my Lego's. Once I smoked, though, I tore down almost all of my social barriers. Now I'm generally likable rather than "annoying but nice".

I was a hyper child who drank to much. Smoking weed has helped me extend my friendship group though which in turn made me a more confident person. It brings everyone together.

I was shallow and materialistic, unstable, depressed, suicidal, co-dependent and desperately wanting to care about other things instead of the things i did, in the bigger picture, but completely numb to it even though i could see it and knew much more how important it was.

Being aware of so much that was wrong with the world but not being able to make myself act on my thoughts, which were all very shallow ones.

I wanted to be real more than i was. I was numb to everything.

However, it's been a combination of alot of things over the past few years which have grown me up to care about the things i so desperately wanted to feel. I was just a mixed up kid, caught between western ideals, western expectations, popular culture...and, well, my brain!

i still am a child...but i'm on my way.

Growing up is a strange and fascinating experience.

Weed has definitely helped me to grow, to question, to form ideas and think outside the box, the regulate my mood and my sleeping patterns, to calm myself, to appreciate all beauty, and regard all other things above the superficial kind.

Bangladesh and weed helped me to learn so so so much.

And weed, although i didn't use it as a coping mechanism and when i was sad wouldn't feel like smoking, definitely helped my depression, stress and anxiety.

And lord has it given me some freakin' stellar memories.





I've accepted life, and i'm not scared of anything anymore.
