Reason asking is my under my chest where my heart is im getting stiff feeling and a rapid heartbeat is this beacuse im smoking blunts or is it the weed beacause i dont smoke cigs no more

It increases blood pressure? I have high blood pressure and it seems to go down when I smoke..
